central location great kitchenette vietnamese restaurant comfortable bed
The location is superb. Prahran market sits directly across the road, very handy. i loved the kitchenette, it has a fridge and microwave, great for snacks. the staff recommended a vietnamese restaurant downstairs for dinner, it was very nice. the bed was comfortable. the room felt spacious.
the pillows were all too soft for me, even stacking all four wasn't supportive enough.

My studio suite king provided ample space. the room was well sound insulated. I didn't hear neighbors. a nespresso machine with several coffee pods allowed for convenient morning starts.. towels were fluffy.

Really good Stay Near Prahran Market
friendly staff restful sleep excellent location
I found the staff friendly. My room was very quiet, great for restful sleep. The location is excellent. Prahran Market is just across the road. I also appreciated the option to decline housekeeping for a bottle of wine.
the pillows were VERY soft. I needed more support.

The front desk provided quick check-in services and was helpful. They responded promptly to my inquiries and fulfilled requests efficiently. The staff members were consistently polite and willing to assist with directions.

While the onsite restaurant was closed , I discovered good nearby alternatives. Angus and Bon is highly recommended and easily accessible. The minibar offered a selection of beverages and snacks.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
spotty room service worn fittings
The location was convenient for exploring the nearby markets.
I had a few problems. The room service was spotty. For four days straight, they seemed to operate on a schedule I couldn't crack. several fittings looked worn. The fridge door struggled to stay shut, and it made a racket. I suspect the ice maker was partly to blame!
